All sales are final — no refunds. When you purchase a subscription, you gain access to the corresponding Services immediately and for the duration of your paid billing period. We do not offer refunds for any payment, in whole or in part, including for any unused portion of a billing period.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) at the then-current price, and your payment method will be charged, unless you cancel beforehand.
You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, but you will keep full access to the paid Services until the end of your current paid billing period. After that period ends, your access will stop and you will not be charged again. No partial or prorated refund is provided for the remaining time.

b. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
c. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing settings.
a. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms in addition to these Terms.
b. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers; card processing is handled by our payment provider.
a. Certain plans include access to live group tutoring sessions led by our instructors. Session schedules, availability, and formats may change from time to time.
b. Sessions may be recorded for educational and quality purposes. By joining a session, you consent to such recording.
c. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully during sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive or inappropriate.
a. All content, materials, lessons, audio, designs, and intellectual property rights within our Services are owned or licensed by Lisaany. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, record, resell, or modify any content from our Services without our prior written consent.
b. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own learning. This license does not permit any commercial use.
a. Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular learning outcome will be achieved.
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisaany and its owners, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
a. Lisaany is operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
b. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
a. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
